| Qualification | MBBS/BDS degree from a recognized institution, preferably with Master in Public Health (MPH). Minimum three (03) years of relevant experience in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Public Health programs in public or private sector is required. Computer skills particularly working on MS Office will be
preferred. Data management, analysis, presentation, report writing along with proficiency in relevant regional / local languages are highly desired. Experience with TB Program will be preferred. Job requires travelling within the district. |

| Qualification | F.Sc with diploma in medical lab technology. Minimum 2 year of experience of
basis principles and practices in the field of microbiology. Those candidates will engaged in control of communicable disease especially tuberculosis. Compter skills particularly working on MS Office will be preferred. |
