EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
(For Hiring of Consultancy Firm /Transaction Advisory Services) For International Auction of Plot Reserved For Five Star Hotel, Islamabad
The plot measuring 90,161 sq.ft (approximately) reserved for Five Star Hotel is situated at a prime location of Sector G-13, Srinagar Highway, Islamabad, Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), the sole owner intends to auction the said plot through International Competitive Bidding (ICB).
The consultancy services include
(i) Due diligence of the property (
ii) Determination of reserve price through Price Valuators registered with Pakistan Banks Association
(iii) National and International marketing to attract potential investors
(iv) Preparation of all requisite documents such as RFPs, Contract document etc for the ICB
(iv) Conducting the complete auction event.
FGEHA reserves the right to cancel annul the process at any stage before entering the
agreement without mentioning the reason.
FGEHA invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Real Estate Consultancy Firms with the requisite demonstrable experience of strategic commercial Real Estate Consultancy services and submit following requisite information:
i) Detailed profile of the firm(s) including core area of expertise, legal status, registration & filer status, address and management services etc.
11) Overall experience (In years/projects) for conducting consultancy services in the Real
Estate sector.
iii) Highlights of completed projects each worth at least One billion in Pak Rupees with
minimum of five similar projects.
iv) Last three years audited financial statement.
Last date for submission of EOIs is 29-03-2023 (Wednesday) by 1200 hrs PST The EOI will be opened on the same day at 1300 hrs PST.
The CF is expected to formulate a consortium (with one taking the lead) by associating reputable consultants including Chartered Accountant, legal expert, valuator, marketing advisor etc.
for successful completion of the entire transaction.
Selection of CF shall be made as per QCBS in terms a Public Procurement Regulations for Consultancy Services.
Interested Parties are advised to submit an EOI (6 copies), not exceeding twenty (20) pages each including annexure, along with a non-refundable processing fee of PKR. 20,000/- in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque in favor of the FGEHA, M/o Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan.
