Balochistan District Judiciary through initial recruitment in
Rules, 2021″, as per tabulated conditions and information:
Applications are invited for filling-in the following vacant post(s) in the accordance with “The Balochistan Judicial Officers Service Local/ Domicile: Balochistan

Post
District & Sessions Judge (BPS-21) Both male and female are eligible.

1.One (01) post for Advocates;

II. Two (02) posts for the person(s) holding Judicial Office and Law Officer(s).

Qualification and Experience:

Law Graduate from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission, and he/she should have practiced as an Advocate for at least ten (10) years; OR he/she is holding a Judicial Office or is a Law Officer in BPS-20 for more than five (05) years. Judicial Office means; the office held by
any Judicial Officer in Balochistan District Judiciary: Law Officer means; a person serving on a regular post as full time Assistant, Deputy or District Attomey, or Prosecutor, or in any department authorized to conduct full time prosecution on behalf of the Government, or an employee of the Superior Court.

Age: Between 30 to 45 years

Required Documents: (one attested copy of each document) Prescribed Application Form;  All verified educational documents:

Certificate of Local Domicile;

CNIC;

Fresh 05x pictures;

Lower Court License:

High Court License;

Fresh Experience Certificate duly issued from concerned Bar Council:

OR Fresh Service Certificate/NOC duly issued from Head of the Department concerned, as the case may be.

The complete Application Forms alongwith attachments must reach to the Examination Cell, High Court of Balochistan, Quetta by hand or through Courier Service, Le TCS/UMS/OCS etc., by or before 08.04.2023 during office hours.c)Eligibility of the candidates shall be determined after scrutiny of Application Forms.d)Syllabus and Application Forms to be collected from the Examination Cell, Administration Branch, High Court of Balochistan, Quetta; OR can be downloaded from the official website, ie, www.bhc.gov.pke) The schedule of examination will be announced later on.

The eligible candidates can collect the Date Sheet and Roll Number Slips from the Examination Cell, Administration Branch of this Court, a week prior to the examination

date No TA/DA will be admissible.

INCOMPLETE AND LATE SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS WILL BE REJECTED.
