Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following positions.

01. CATALOGUER (BPS-16/Contract)
Age: 18-25 years
Eligibility: Graduate with Diploma in Library Science. 01 POSTS
02. DRIVER (BPS-06/ Contract)
Eligibility: Literate Driving License.
Age: 18-25 years
02 POST
03. SANITARY WORKER (BPS-01/Contract) Age: 18-25 years
Eligibility: Literate.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. Application forms may be downloaded from School’s website http:/www.sms.edu.pk/downloads.php (on legal size page).

2. The processing fee shall be submitted ONLINE in HBL A/C No. 10190029456303 OR Bank Draft / Demand Draft / Postal Order in
favor of Director General, Abdus Salam School of Mathematical
Sciences. The original bank receipt/ draft should be submitted with
the application form.

3. The non-refundable processing fee for Sr. No. 1 is Rs. 1000/- 2 is Rs.
500/- and 3 is Rs. 300/-.

4. The completely filled application form along with attested copies of all testimonials, experience certificate(s), CNIC & CV shall be addressed to the Vice Chancellor’s Office, GC University, Katchery Road, Lahore, during office hours till 17-01-2023.
5. Already in-service candidates shall apply through proper channel and attach departmental permission/NOC from their parent department.

6. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview and no
TA/DA will be admissioble.

7. Incomplete applications OR application received after the due date shall not be considered. School has a right to increase or decrease the number of post.

The ASSMS, GC university, Lahore reserves the right to call only short-listed candidates for interview. The ASSMS, GC University, Lahore shall consider all applications for each positions and may accept OR Reject application(s) without assigning any reason.
