Bannu Woollen Mills Limited requires the services of suitably qualified,
experienced and passionate professional to become part of its team as

“Chief Financial Officer”.

Level: Expert Place of Posting: The selected candidate will be posted
and located at Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Position	Qualification	Experience
Chief financial officer	Charted accountant (AcA/FCA), ACC/ICMA or equivalent with  articles completed with a firm of charted accountants(must)	At least  6 years qualification experience in the relevant role .

 

Job Description & Pre-Requisites:

Drive the company’s financial planning including budgeting, forecasting and preparation of feasibilities.

Expert in management and financial reporting activities to meet both strategic and operational requirements.

Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.

Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.

Finalizing financial statements as per applicable regulations to be presented to the Board of Directors of the company.

Competency in product costing for profitability analysis and price determination.

Dealing with the Banks, regulatory authorities, tax consultants and auditors of the Company.

Command over International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSS), Local Statutory Regulations, Corporate and Tax Laws.

Expertise in assessing the performance of different units/departments including efficiency and cost savings considerations.

Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expert and having practical expertise
in advance excel and other software packages. Excellent communication skills.

Strong written and verbal English Language skills. Any other assigned task.
